❓ FAQ

What is TimepieceTreasures?
TimepieceTreasures runs prize competitions where you can enter for a chance to win luxury watches. Each competition has a closing time and a live/recorded draw to select a winner. (This “prize competition + qualifying question” format is common across watch competition sites.)
Is this a lottery?
No — these are prize competitions, not a lottery. Entry requires answering a qualifying question/skill element (where applicable).
Who can enter?
You must be 18+ (and comply with any local laws/regulations where you live).

📝 Entering a Competition

How do I enter?
Choose a live competition Select your ticket quantity (up to the limit shown) Answer the qualifying question (if required) Checkout securely — and you’re entered
Can I buy multiple tickets?
Yes — you can buy multiple tickets up to the cap shown on the competition page.
Can I enter for free?
If you offer it: Yes — we provide a postal entry route (see our Postal Entry page for instructions and eligibility).

🎲 Draws & Winner Selection

When is the next draw?
The draw date/time is shown on each competition page (and/or the homepage).
How is the winner chosen?
Winners are selected using a third-party random number draw system in a transparent process (often live-streamed/recorded).
Do you still draw a winner if the competition doesn’t sell out?
If you follow the “guaranteed winner” model: Yes — the competition closes at the stated time and a winner is drawn regardless of ticket sales. (If your model is different—e.g., you extend entry—edit this to match your Terms.)
How many winners are there?
Typically there is one main prize winner per competition, plus any runner-up prizes if stated on the listing.
Where can I watch the draws?
If you stream: We announce winners during our live draw on Instagram and keep recordings available where possible.

🏆 Winners, Prizes, and Alternatives

What can I win?
Each competition page lists the exact prize (brand/model, value, and what’s included). Many sites feature watches valued at $10,000+ depending on the draw.
Are watches brand new?
Option A (new/like-new mix): Condition and set contents (box/papers) are stated on the competition page. Option B (always new): All prizes are brand new unless clearly stated otherwise.
Do winners get a cash alternative?
If you offered it: Yes — where stated, winners may choose the prize or the listed cash alternative.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We notify winners using the contact details provided at checkout (usually email, and sometimes phone).
Do you publish winners?
Yes — we share winners on [Winners Page link] and/or our social channels (with winner consent, where required).

📦 Delivery & Fulfilment

How long does delivery take after the draw?
Most operators arrange delivery soon after verification; some state timelines like “within 14 days.” Set yours clearly: After ID verification, we aim to dispatch/hand-deliver within [X business days] (subject to location and courier availability).
Where do you ship?
We deliver to any International entries may be allowed where local regulations permit.
Do you verify winners?
Yes — we may request proof of age/ID to confirm eligibility before shipping or paying a cash alternative.

💳 Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Are payments secure?
Yes — checkout is processed through encrypted payment providers/gateways.
Can I get a refund after I enter?
Common policy across these sites: due to the nature of prize competitions, entries are typically final and non-refundable (except where a competition is cancelled).
What happens if a competition is cancelled?
If a competition is cancelled, entrants are notified and a refund is issued to the original payment method.

🔍 Fairness, Transparency, and Responsible Play

How do I know it’s fair?
We use a third-party draw system and keep our draw process visible (live and/or recorded) so entrants can see winners selected in real time.
