Refund, Cancellation & Competition Extension Policy — Timepiece Treasures

Statement Descriptor: Charges will appear as TIMEPIECETREASURES on your bank/card statement.

This policy explains when refunds may be issued for ticket/entry purchases for Timepiece Treasures prize competitions (“Competitions”). By purchasing an entry, you agree to this policy.

1) All Entry Purchases Are Final (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of prize competitions, all entries are final and non-refundable once submitted and paid.

This includes (without limitation) refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Entering the wrong Competition
  • Not using all entries purchased
  • No longer wishing to participate
  • Ineligibility or disqualification under our Terms & Conditions

2) Competition Extensions (Important)

Competitions may be extended at our discretion (for example, if ticket sales have not reached a required threshold by the original end date/time, or for operational reasons).
An extension is not a cancellation and does not make entries refundable.
If a Competition is extended, we will update the Competition page with the revised closing date/time.

3) When Refunds ARE Available (Competition Cancellation)

Refunds are only offered if we cancel a Competition.
If we cancel a Competition:

  • We will notify entrants using the contact information provided at checkout, and
  • We will issue a refund for paid entries for that Competition to the original payment method.

4) Chargebacks, Disputes, and Payment Reversals

If a payment is charged back, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully captured:

  • The related entries may be voided or removed, and
  • We may restrict participation until the issue is resolved.

If you do not recognize a charge showing as TIMEPIECETREASURES, please email info@timepiecetreasures.co before starting a chargeback so we can investigate and assist you quickly.

5) Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us at info@timepiecetreasures.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A screenshot of the charge(s)

If we confirm a billing error, we will correct it (including issuing a refund where appropriate).

6) Winner Verification (No Refunds if Verification Fails)

To prevent fraud and ensure fairness, winners may be asked to provide proof of eligibility (such as age/ID and/or address).
If requested verification is not provided within the timeframe stated in winner communications, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Entries remain non-refundable.
