What is TimepieceTreasures?
TimepieceTreasures runs prize competitions where you can enter for a chance to win luxury watches. Each competition has a closing time and a live/recorded draw to select a winner.
Is this a lottery?
No — these are prize competitions, not a lottery. Entry requires answering a qualifying question/skill element.
Who can enter?
You must be 18+ (and comply with any local laws/regulations where you live).

Can I buy multiple tickets?
Yes — you can buy multiple tickets up to the cap shown on the competition page.
Can I enter for free?
Yes — we provide a postal entry route (see our Postal Entry page for instructions and eligibility).
🎲 Draws & Winner Selection
When is the next draw?
The draw date/time is shown on each competition page (and/or the homepage).
How is the winner chosen?
Winners are selected using a third-party random number draw system in a transparent process (often live-streamed/recorded).
Do you still draw a winner if the competition doesn’t sell out?
In the unlikely event that we don't sell enough tickets beforehand, we will extend the entry period up to a maximum of three times.
How many winners are there?
Typically there is one main prize winner per competition, plus any runner-up prizes if stated on the listing.
Where can I watch the draws?
We announce winners during our live draw on Instagram and keep recordings available where possible.

What can I win?
Each competition page lists the exact prize (brand/model, value, and what’s included).
Are watches brand new?
The watches are(new/like-new mix): Condition and set contents (box/papers) are stated on the competition page.
Do winners get a cash alternative?
If offered winners may choose the price or the listed cash amount.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We notify winners using the contact details provided at checkout (usually email, and sometimes phone).
Do you publish winners?
Yes — we share winners on [Winners Page link] and/or our social channels (with winner consent, where required).
📦 Delivery & Fulfilment
How long does delivery take after the draw?
The delivery time for the watch after the draw varies from five days to twenty one days. Please note that delivery times may be influenced by factors such as shipping location. We strive to get your watch to you as swiftly as possible while ensuring a smooth and secure delivery experience.
Where do you ship?
We deliver to any International entries may be allowed where local regulations permit.
Do you verify winners?
Yes — we may request proof of age/ID to confirm eligibility before shipping or paying a cash alternative.
💳 Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Are payments secure?
Yes — checkout is processed through encrypted payment providers/gateways.
Can I get a refund after I enter?
Due to the nature of prize competitions, entries are typically final and non-refundable (except where a competition is cancelled).
What happens if a competition is cancelled?
If a competition is cancelled, entrants are notified and a refund is issued to the original payment method.
